Key Responsibilities
Administer health and welfare benefit plans and assist employees with enrollment and claims resolution
Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate employee benefit records and respond to inquiries regarding benefit options
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function
Knowledge of health and welfare benefits, FMLA, ADA, and state leave requirements
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with benefits enrollment systems preferred
