Key Responsibilities
Own CNC process development for patient-specific dental components from prototype to scaled production
Design and validate machining workflows for multi-axis mills achieving high precision and throughput
Integrate automation systems into CNC workflows to enable continuous operation
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in precision CNC machining, automation, or process development
Deep technical knowledge in multi-axis milling strategy development and toolpath optimization
Experience with automation integration in machining workflows
Strong understanding of statistical process control and manufacturing scalability
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment
