Perform physical therapy treatments per POC; Document care provided in a complete and timely manner; perform patient and staff education as required; maintain professional licensure and continued education as required; other office duties as assigned; meet / exceed customer expectations.

Education required : Associate degree, IL PTA certification / licensure, preferred APTA member. A great candidate will have strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills as well as great customer service.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Pay begins at $28.22 and increases with experience.
