You will be the Lead Control Account Manager (CAM) & Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS Manager) for the Simulation and System Labs (SIL) team. Our team is responsible for managing cost and schedule performance across projects and programs within the Simulation and System Labs organization, ensuring accurate earned-value tracking and robust organizational breakdown structures. What You Will Be Doing : As the Lead CAM & OBS Manager you will be responsible for overseeing cost and schedule performance, refining CAM processes, and driving all monthly earned-value activities for the SIL team. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilizing EVMS to perform cost and schedule variance analysis and presenting CPR data to directors and senior leadership.
• Developing and standardizing CAM processes for the entire SIL team to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Reviewing, editing, and approving VARs, including leading VAR work-cell activities to ensure corrective actions are captured and executed.
• Supporting onsite events / meetings as needed and mentoring less-experienced CAMs to build capability within the team.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Ability to work remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Security Clearance : Secret

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
