Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the guard force personnel at their designated location. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities include supervising shift supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations. Collaborate with shift supervisor and project manager to meet contract objectives. Ensure personnel comply with training requirements. Conduct security inspections and practical drills / exercises as needed. Manage and coordinate contract-specific requirements; serve as POC for the government. Oversee all guard service activities. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include holding a DoD Secret security clearance. Possesses five years of management experience, ideally within a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization. Proven experience in supervising guard force personnel.
