Job Title : Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to provide exceptional service related to Boiler Rooms. The candidate should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work both individually and collaboratively. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers as directed by the Area or Service Manager.
• Perform annual maintenance on boilers, feed / DA tanks, ancillary equipment, piping, wiring, and refractory.
• Service and install pumps, and perform control and burner upgrades.
• Conduct general repair and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety training requirements.

Work Environment

The work environment includes hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities, and cheese plants. Conditions can be hot, dry, cold, wet, slippery, dirty, and covered in soot. Join a team of four other Service Technicians. Work hours are generally from 7 am to 3 : 30 pm, starting at the shop each day, with potential overtime and varied hours based on client needs. Average work hours range from 45-60 hours per week, with overtime and double time compensated. PPE and tools are provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00 / yr.
