Summary : This position maximizes the ZO presence within a specified geographic region, leading a team of Account Executives to achieve company goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach and manage their sales team.
- Setting expectations, coaching, and developing account executives providing clear direction and ensuring consistent execution of corporate expectations, programs and initiatives are being met.
- Coach, lead and develop the sales team through observation of performance during ride-a-long’s and provide timely feedback on job performance.
- Utilize ZO’s financial planning system to forecast with accuracy and consistency.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct in-practice marketing programs and events.
- Support customer accounts with proven methods in product placement space and location.
- Develop and nurture KOL medical relationships within the specified region.
- Seek out and open new physician-owned qualified accounts in various medical aesthetic specialties, primarily dermatology and plastic surgery.
- Manage and meet the regional team budget.
Other Duties and Responsibilities :
Remain knowledgeable on the most up-to-date protocols through our unparalleled education for self and customer accounts through various blended learning opportunities.Partner with training experts in your territory, and various other departments such as customer service, and marketing to ensure the needs of our customers are being met timeline and accurately.Attend trade shows / seminars when applicable.Attend corporate meetings.Travel is estimated at 70%, some local and overnight travel based on assigned geography. Minimum of 3 days per week except the last week of the month.Qualifications :
Sales team managementOutside sales experience in the skincare, pharmaceutical, and / or medical / healthcare field is recommended.Proficient with MS Office SuiteRetail sales experience preferred.Work Hours :
The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs.
Physical and Mental Demands :
Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and Project Management systems to retrieve information, generate documents, organize project plans / schedules and coordinate meetings. The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including international affiliates.
