Who You Are & The Impact You Will Have :
The Federal Assurance Project Manager will assist in leading an enterprise security program designed to provide world-class security and compliance to ensure all federal construction requirements are met from concept though operations. The Federal Assurance Project Manager plays a critical role in the growth and development of future data center sites and secure data hall construction projects. This individual will interact with a wide level of stakeholders to include senior leadership, customers, government representatives, and various contracted entities.
The Federal Assurance Project Manager will assist in design, review, countermeasure selection, risk management, accreditation inspections, and accreditation documentation for all QTS Federal data center development projects throughout the US. The Federal Assurance Project Manager will report to the Director of Federal Assurance.
What You Will Do :
Manage multiple secure projects across multiple geographies
Assist with the overall design and accreditation process of secure facilities
Establish site construction security procedures in conjunction with site security team and assist with the management of construction site security
Create and communicate project updates on a regular basis suitable for executive level reviews
Effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making
Work with QTS design, construction, and operations teams to ensure all security requirements are addressed
Assist in developing scopes of work and requests for proposals for design, construction and site security
Support project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion
Establish effective working relationships with key QTS stakeholders at both the executive and working levels
What You Will Need To Be Successful :
Bachelors degree Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience in physical and / or technical security with significant experience in SCIF or SAPF construction, inspection and accreditation process
Knowledge of design and installation of Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, IDS, ACS), and Federal Supply Chain Risk Management principles
Proficiency in Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and MS Project
Active TS security clearance with eligibility for additional accesses as needed
US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for 8-12 hours
Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice To Have :
12+ years of experience in physical and / or technical security
Experience serving in a US Government security related position
Experience working with physical construction and on-site inspections

This position is Bonus eligible.
The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado, is : $106,870.50 - 163,433.49. This information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
