Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive national membership growth
Facilitate member onboarding and engagement through personalized support and community programming
Manage relationships with partners and track engagement metrics to enhance member retention
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in membership development, community engagement, or nonprofit outreach
Proven track record of expanding organizational reach and facilitating member experiences
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by survivors of gender-based violence
Experience with onboarding automation or membership platform management
Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across diverse sectors
