High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position is preferedExcellent typing and data entry skillsUnderstanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projectsAbility to work well under pressure
