HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Title : Radiologic Technologist – Computed Tomography (CT)

Location : Grand Blanc, MI

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 3x12-Hour Shifts, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (Nights), Every Other Weekend

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

Perform CT imaging procedures under general supervision

May also perform general diagnostic radiology exams

Prepare and explain procedures to patients

Operate imaging equipment and ensure diagnostic quality images

Administer IV contrast media and monitor patients for reactions

Assist radiologist with sterile diagnostic procedures (e.g., biopsies)

Adhere to radiation safety protocols (ALARA principles)

Complete documentation in PACS / RIS systems

Ensure adequate stocking and preparation of procedure room

Follow hospital standards for teamwork, communication, and customer service

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Experience and Skills :

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT technologist

Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Must be self-directed and open to continuous learning

Comfortable working with high-voltage equipment and potentially contagious patients

Education :

High School Diploma or GED required

Must maintain continuing medical education hours

Certifications (Required) :

ARRT (Radiologic Technologist)

ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) – or registry-eligible

BLS (Basic Life Support)
