• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Mobile Health Unit - All-Ages Primary Care SCHEDULE :   - Full-Time, 4-Day and 5-Day Options - Part-Time, Negotiable Options - Monday to Friday - 8-Hour and 10-Hour Shifts Available - No Evenings - No Weekends - No Holidays - No On-Call FULL-TIME COMPENSATION : - $135,000 to $190,000 Annual Income - $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience - Monthly Bonuses, $2,000 to $5,000 per Month - Loan Forgiveness Program - Malpractice Insurance w / Tail Coverage - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Paid Time Off Package - $2,500 Annual CME Allowance - License / DEA Fee Reimbursement - 403b Retirement Plan w / Employer Match LOCATION : Wickenburg, Arizona COMPANY PROFILE :   This multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care.  They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members.  Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor procedures, and more.
