Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist is a critical role that serves as the first point of contact for visitors, helping to maintain a secure and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming visitors.
• Greet and sign in visitors, ensuring the appropriate security procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
• Distribute daily mail to appropriate staff.
• Tactfully receive and handle email, telephone calls and other requests.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
• Assist with company events and customer visits as needed.
• Other related duties and responsibilities assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

Pay rate

$20-$23 / hour. Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Job Type : Full-time, onsite at our Santa Barbara office from Monday to Friday
