Business Development Account Manager – Midstream & Power Generation
At MBA Energy & Industrial, we deliver more than projects- we deliver the energy, water, and infrastructure solutions that power today’s industries and tomorrow’s innovations. As demand grows across data centers, oil & gas, natural gas power generation, and large-scale water treatment, we are expanding our team with a talented Business Development Account Manager who knows the midstream market and has the relationships to make an immediate impact.

We’re looking for someone with industry credibility and connections- someone who already understands the technical landscape and can navigate the boardroom as easily as the field. With major opportunities ahead as midstream delivery pivots to support the data center revolution, this is your chance to drive MBA’s next chapter of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business : Secure MSAs and projects across oil & gas midstream, natural gas power generation, and large-scale water treatment.
- Expand Market Presence : Identify and pursue opportunities where midstream, power, and water intersect with data center infrastructure.
- Leverage Your Network : Use established industry connections and credibility to open doors quickly.
- Strategic Collaboration : Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, targets, and revenue goals.
- Pipeline Ownership : Build and manage a robust pipeline from opportunity identification through contract execution.
- Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with operators, EPCs, and key stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position MBA as the partner of choice.
