The firm consists of personable, published, and well-known trial attorneys and a group of extraordinary individuals who act as a cohesive team to achieve incredible results for its clients. Litigation Associate Attorney (Plaintiffs Employment)
Responsibilities -
- Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions.
- Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice
- and strategies
- Drafting legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs
- Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses
- Other similar tasks
