Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Itinerant, K-12 School Setting

Location : Irvine, CA

Duration : Extended School Year (ESY) Contract

Start Date : ASAP through January 2026

This position offers an opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide specialized support within an established K-12 school environment. The role is itinerant, covering several school sites, and primarily focused on maternity leave coverage for the ESY period.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students across multiple locations, addressing functional, sensory, and fine motor skills within the school context
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Support student participation in academic and extracurricular activities through therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance with district policies
• Participate in professional meetings and ongoing training as required
