Contract Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Implementation Specialist to support the Associate Contract Specialists on the Contract Implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the intake of Contract Implementation requests in ServiceNow and assign to relevant Associate Contract Specialist

Monitor email boxes, track volumes, and prepare status reports regarding assignments

Store contracts and associated documentation appropriately and support special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

1-2 years of administrative experience in healthcare preferred

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
