📈 Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business in light industrial, skilled trades, and office staffing

Conduct daily outreach : cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and appointment setting

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and close staffing contracts

Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top talent and ensure client satisfaction

✅ What We're Looking For

1-3+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing, payroll, telecom, copier, uniforms, etc.)

Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing

Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Passionate about sales and energized by the chase
