Job Description This position will be responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs to resort timeshare and hotel units which includes painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, etc. or replacement at a skilled level while maintaining a safe environment. Ability to use basic hand tools. Able to work in a team or independently. Maintenance experience with resort or hotel preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Requirements Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs Good communications skills Must be at least 18 years old Ability to complete task in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned by management Ability to make decisions and self-started Completes daily reports / daily work logs High school or equivalent (Preferred) Perform preventive maintenance and report any new issues that need attention to supervisor

Job Type : Full-time Schedule : 5 days' work, one weekend day required Weekends and Holidays (some required)
