Full-Time Front & Back Office Medical Assistant

Our OBGYN practice is seeking a full-time Front & Back Office Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence.

This position will consist of front and back-office duties including :

• Scheduling appointments
• Responding to patient calls
• Insurance knowledge
• Appointment Reminders
• Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
• Scanning and faxing
• Assisting Physicians with Medical Procedures

Compensation will be based on experience

Pay Scale / Ranges : $21.00-$30.00 / hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).
