Day in the Life of an Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect at Neocol, you will lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-level IT and Salesforce solutions across client initiatives.

In this role, you will ensure alignment between business and technology objectives, driving the adoption of Salesforce multi-cloud & multi-system best practices while leading cross-functional teams to develop scalable, innovative technology solutions. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through Product-to-Revenue frameworks, cloud technologies, and system integrations, ensuring seamless and efficient end-to-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's multi-cloud ecosystem along with other relevant domains (Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Finance, ERP), integration strategies, and architecture frameworks. Strong communication and change management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for driving stakeholder alignment and advocating for modern architecture best practices.

• Architecture Strategy : Develop and implement the overall Product to Cash strategy in alignment with business goals, processes, IT strategy, and industry best practices.
• Solution Design & Implementation : Lead the overarching design, integration, and implementation approach of scalable IT systems and applications. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, product teams, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Technology Leadership : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Provide guidance on the adoption of cloud computing, data management, and application development.
• Governance & Standards : Establish and enforce architecture governance, ensuring that architectural decisions are consistently applied across the organization and project.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks in technology and processes, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Mentorship & Development : Provide mentoring to architects, consultants, and engineers, ensuring the team is empowered to make technical decisions that support the broad system architecture and vision.
