The client is a leading general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest and Tennessee, currently expanding Lebanon, IN. The company is focused on both local talent and traveling professionals, especially for large-scale, mission-critical builds like data centers and power plants.

Job Description

Manage and execute large-scale construction projects ($100M+), especially mission-critical builds. Oversee teams in roles such as Project Engineers (PEs), Project Managers (PMs), Superintendents, and Safety Directors. Coordinate with self-perform teams for concrete and drywall scopes. Ensure long-term project continuity through consistent leadership and polished execution. Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability on-site.

The Successful Applicant

Experience on large-scale projects ($100M+); data center experience is preferred but not required. Stable work history (no short job hops, especially at leadership levels). Prior work with top-tier firms is highly valued. Open to both local and traveling candidates - travel roles include per diem and salary bump. Strong soft skills and professionalism are critical. Specific needs for Levels 3-5.
