Description

Essential Job Functions

• Preparation of company tax filings to include : Federal income, State income and franchise tax returns, Secretary of State annual reports, Property tax renditions, Local income and excise tax returns, Sales and Use tax returns
• Development and implementation of federal, state and international tax strategies to minimize income tax
• Advise management on changes in tax regulations
• Preparation and monitoring of income tax provisions
• Correspond with local tax authorities and oversees any audits
• Other duties as assigned
