Hospitalist opening in KentuckyDanville, KyFull TimeAccepts J1 / H1We are seeking a physician to join our hospitalist program in providing services for patient care in a six-county service area. Recruitment of a physician is due to a strong community need and to support the hospital's medical staff. The administration is very supportive of this recruitment effort and the growth in our hospitalist program.The Candidate : - Experienced, Board Certified or Board Eligible - This is a Three-Year Employed Agreement - Year One and Year Two : Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions - Year Three : Base plus wRVU productivity based on local market conditions - Health Insurance- two options for health insurance coverage(begins immediately) - Paid Time Off - 8 hours accrued per pay period (begins immediately) - Sick Time Off 6 hours accrued per pay period (begins 90 days after hire) - Short and Long Term Disability Malpractice Insurance - Continuing medical education allowance annually - In addition, 5 days of CME time are allotted without impacting paid time off - Commencement Bonus (paid within 30 days of start date) - Student Loan Forgiveness over 5-year period - Stipend Available (to begin upon executed agreement through June 1 of graduation program year) - 403B Retirement Savings Plan with up to 8% match - Life Insurance
