- Inspire and mentor a team of three direct reports (Art Director, Copywriter, Integrated Marketing Manager) to think bigger, sharper, and braver.
- Own strategic discussions and recommendations with North American leadership teams, including your BU President, Platform lead, and CGO, facilitating dynamic collaborations across all creative and cross-functional partners to increase the cultural relevance of our Brands.
