Position :

• Building and Grounds Maintenance Location :   Robert Basil Buick GMC  -  3475 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127 Compensation :  $20 / hour Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of overtime Duties and Qualifications : Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs Drywall repair and paint Remodel and demo Replacement of ceiling tiles Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment Rearrange office furniture and equipment Occasional janitorial duties Seasonal Landscaping Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance Snow Removal Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs Perform other duties, as assigned Benefits : Work / Life Balance Weekly Pay Affordable Medical Benefits 401K with employer match after 1 year Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Must have a valid driver license CLICK HERE  for more Basil Dealership career opportunities in WNY!   The Basil Family Dealerships are a proud EOE.
