Monticello Nursing and Rehab in Monticello, IA is seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is handy with tools, has a keen eye for detail, and is dedicated to keeping our facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing issues, repairing equipment, and completing electrical work
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of our facility
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
