Salary : $25.00-$35.00

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual terms.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications.
  • Assist with monthly AR aging reports and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables.
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds when necessary.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
  • Comply with all company policies and accounting standards.
  • Manage office supply and apparel needs, perform routine maintenance on office equipment (toner and paper for copier, removing paper jams).
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry and other clerical practices.
  • Answer and resolve incoming calls, forwarding when needed.
  • Ordering and tracking technology / equipment for employees.
  • Assist with shipping needs (UPS create shipments, maintain shipping supplies).
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations; coordinate company events.
  • Assist with any administrative office duties if needed.

Requirements :

  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 13 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions.
  • Sharp attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities flexibility.
  • Keen sense of urgency and proven ability to meet or exceed deadlines and commitments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships, internally and externally.
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools
  • Maintains consistent, punctual and regular attendance.
