The Maintenance and Operations Department is seeking (1) Air Conditioning Mechanic II to join the already awesome team taking the Building Maintenance Department to the next level of excellence!

The ideal candidate will perform skilled manual work involving the repair and installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating equipment. In addition to supporting the department's Air Conditioning Mechanic II will also :

Minimum Requirements :

Preferred Hiring Qualifications :

Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, train and supervise staff, lift approximately 50 pounds, exhibit excellent customer service, and interpret building drawings.
