Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing assistance and resolving inquiries
Achieve one call resolution when possible and follow up on escalated inquiries
Process payments, verify insurance, and update patient information as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service experience preferred
Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Bilingual preferred
