Coverage Needed : As soon as credentialed - ongoing Schedule : Mon - Fri, weekend coverage, and in house call Providers must be willing to cover multiple locations if needed Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Hospital Must be able to cover OB (if needed) Patient Ages : Adult On Call : In-house call preferred Charting / Dictation : EMR Medaxion Support Staff : 2-3 Anesthesiologists, typically staffs for a 1 : 4 care team model anesthesiologists typically do their own case about 40% of the time Facilities : 300-bed facility with 16 Operating Rooms, services include endoscopy, interventional radiology, gamma knife, MRI, CT, obstetrics, and more Requirements : Current VA Medical License or ability to obtain licensure Must be Board Certified and participating in MOC Must be able to work Call Shifts DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
