Responsibilities

  • Customer Support : Assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Policy Information : Provide clients with detailed information about their insurance policies and options available.
  • Issue Resolution : Address and resolve client issues related to their insurance policies.
  • Documentation : Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Licensing : Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
  • Experience : Prior experience in customer service or in a similar role within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative, with an emphasis on active listening and helpfulness.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to think critically and find resolutions to client issues effectively.
