Join Our Team as an EMT!

Location : RWJ Health Network Inc

Department : MH Central BLS Emergency

Job Status : Full-Time

Shift : Night

Pay Range : $23.56 - $26.04 per hour

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Delivering compassionate care to patients in emergency situations.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and patients.
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for any situation.
  • Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For : Qualifications :

Required :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Current Driver’s License and vehicle insurance.
  • EMT Certification from New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry.
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider (CPR).
  • Hazmat Awareness Certification.
  • Completion of ICS 100, 200, and NIMS 700, 800.
  • Weapons of Mass Destruction or CBRNE Awareness training.

    • Preferred :

  • PHTLS / ITLS certification.
  • Associate Degree.

    • Working Conditions :

    We offer flexible scheduling options :

  • Per Diem : Work 10 shifts over 3 months, including 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.
  • Part-Time : 2 scheduled shifts per week, totaling 24 hours.
  • Full-Time : 3 shifts per week with a rotating schedule.
