Accounting Specialist

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join their team. This role will support the financial operations of the company by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assisting with a variety of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage accounts payable and receivable , including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.

Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Prepare and make bank deposits as needed.

Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist with ordering and inventory management processes.

Generate and process invoices for customers.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes .

Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely financial information and support.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2–3 years of accounting experience .

Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
