Key Job Details – Telemetry RN Float Pool Location : Westminster, CO 80023 (Denver Metro Area) Assignment Type : Travel RN, Float Pool (no home unit) Healthcare Setting : MedSurg / Telemetry Start Date : November 24, 2025 End Date : February 21, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shifts : 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay : $1930 - $2070 per week Employment Type : W2 travel nursing position Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification – Required Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience; float pool or telemetry nursing experience preferred Ability to float to any Centura Health location within 60 miles of Westminster, CO Telemetry RN Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and clinical data review Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Demonstrate clinical competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health, safety, and rights of each patient Provide patient and family education, assess readiness to learn, and evaluate effectiveness of teaching Deliver relationship-based nursing care with respect for cultural differences and patient preferences Delegate appropriately to non-RN healthcare personnel in accordance with Colorado state and hospital policy Serve as a professional role model, mentor new nursing staff, and pursue ongoing learning opportunities Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and nursing research activities Maintain professional records and continuously evaluate and improve nursing practice Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Telemetry RN Float Pool Nurse in Westminster, Colorado!
