Director, Card Partnerships Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview

Director, Card Partnerships Financial Planning & Analysis at Capital One. The Director of Partnerships Finance will serve as the CFO for four card partnerships programs, leading a team that provides data, analytics, and insights to shape financial decisions and the strategic direction of the business. This role informs short- and long-term plans to grow and drive profitability in Partnerships as Capital One expands in the partner credit card segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates providing in-depth financial analysis and strategic planning for Capital One Card Partnerships
• Represent Capital One and the Partnerships business in meetings with external partner senior leadership
• Coordinate across Capital One’s Global Finance teams in support of business partners
• Provide reporting, analysis, and forecasting to facilitate decision making and to track performance against operating goals
• Leverage bottoms-up forecasts and tops-down analysis to drive business decisions
• Synthesize and communicate data-driven insights to advise finance and business leadership on investment prioritization and sequencing
• Partner cross-functionally to assess opportunities and risks, with a focus on long-term value creation and financial performance
• Communicate and influence effectively at the highest levels of the organization
• Lead within Global Finance, supporting technology, diversity, talent, and process improvement
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on industry topics and strategic options; identify trends and draw conclusions
• Engage in professional development and share learnings with the team

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to work in one of these locations and reflect the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Part-time salaries will be prorated.

Other locations follow location-specific pay ranges. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives (cash bonuses and / or long-term incentives). Capital One offers comprehensive benefits and resources to support total well-being.
