Salary ranges : Range U $46.29 - $52.58; Range V $49.71 - $56.38. Minimum rates include authorized HAM rate. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Number of positions : Multiple.

Facility : Department of State Hospitals - Coalinga. Duty : The incumbent works as a member of an interdisciplinary team; provides recovery-oriented treatment groups, therapeutic interventions, and other social services; assists the treatment team in evaluating patients' readiness for release; works as liaison between Conditional Release, family, community, other stakeholders and the team.

Responsibilities

• Member of an interdisciplinary team; provide recovery-oriented treatment groups and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide other social services as part of patient care and treatment planning.
• Assist the treatment team in evaluating patients' readiness for release.
• Act as liaison between Conditional Release, family, community, and other stakeholders and the treatment team.
