We're looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support the purchasing department by confirming purchase orders, updating delivery schedules, and keeping vendors on trackall to ensure our plant operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do :

• Confirm purchase orders and update delivery timelines
• Communicate with vendors to track availability and shipment status
• Assist with pricing checks and invoice accuracy
• Keep logs updated and generate reports on trends
• Collaborate with buyers, cost accountants, and inventory analysts
• Help identify and resolve order issues or delays
