Job Summary : The Revenue Reconciliation Specialist supports Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's revenue reconciliation operations by managing tactical workflows such as Salesforce queue monitoring, manual credit and rebill processing, and routine reporting. This role also involves investigating and resolving customer deductions and claims, maintaining account accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams and external customers. The associate will gain foundational knowledge of customer business practices, internal policies, and compliance requirements while contributing to day-to-day operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking to build skills in finance, supply chain, or customer service operations within a highly collaborative and regulated environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59,000 to $85,000 annually. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
