Marketing Position

Compensation : $18 / hour

Position Purpose / Objective :

Maintain the company's policy regarding products, prices, promotions and distribution.

Design of short, medium and long term plans, determining the priorities and strategies of the company's products.

Access markets as the final goal in the best conditions of competitiveness and profitability.

Digital marketing strategy plan, as well as creating a digital media plan for a brand or business, carrying out phases of documentation and target analysis to achieve an efficient investment in online advertising.

Essential Responsibilities :

Design, plan, prepare and implement the company's marketing plans.

Coordinate and control the launch of advertising and promotional campaigns.

Direct and supervise studies on coverage, quotas and distribution.

Support the sales area in terms of strategies, policies, channels, advertising, and merchandising.

Conducting commercial research on existing or new products, studying their weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities in the market.

Follow up sales and pursue new customers.

Assists in creating and presenting to internal groups through written, verbal and media presentation, consult with subject matter experts within our organization to understand design trade impacts on product metrics.

Handle related responsibilities as needed.

Education Required :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Required :

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Graphic Design or relevant.

Know Google Ad-words, Ad-Manager and Google Analytics (Preferable but not necessary)

Ability to provide solutions to a variety of communication problems of basic scope.

Good technical writing skills and PC proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to express problems, issues, and opportunities to peers and leader.

Good communication and presentation skills are desirable. The ability to work closely in a team including other international locations.
