We’re seeking an experienced Fragrance Specialist to manage the Maison Francis Kurkdjian counter at Halls in Kansas City, MO. A high level of product knowledge and interest in luxury fragrance is a must. To be successful in this role you must be a go-getter with an existing book of clients and ability to pull on the floor. A wonderful opportunity to represent a leading brand in the industry. Retail experience is a must.

Role Summary : To acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.

The Retailer / Location : Halls, Kansas City

The Employer : Europerfumes (supplier between MFK & Halls)

Enhance the client experience

  • Greets and welcomes clients throughout all areas of the store
  • Connects with clients in a friendly and meaningful way
  • Provides clients advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed
  • Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience
  • Exhibits behaviors that support client satisfaction goal (KPI)

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver excellent customer service and provide fragrance consultations to high end customer base
  • Utilize product knowledge to sell fragrance with a friendly, luxury approach
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets provided
  • Collaborate with other category sales teams to upsell and increase brand sales
  • Assist with inventory management and re-ordering as needed
  • Activate and execute VIP brand events and sampling initiatives
  • Develop a clientele book
  • Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years luxury retail sales experience (beauty / fragrance not required but preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills
  • Ability to sell with a luxury approach and to build relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
