About The Position
We are seeking a Hospice / Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 128-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois, starting Nov 3, 2025, with day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday. This role involves providing palliative home healthcare, managing critical cases, and evaluating patients for potential hospice care in private homes, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities.
