MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE III, WORK HRS 6AM-6PM, ALTERNATING DAYS, 12-HR SHIFTS INCL SAT & SUN EVERY OTHER WEEK at Soli Organic.
Summary
Perform all assigned Mechanical and Electrical duties in a safe, and cost-effective manner. Minimize downtime by providing fast and accurate troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, maintaining, servicing, calibrating, installing and configuring of related manufacturing and production equipment. Utilize our CMMS system executing work orders, PM's and parts management. Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, contractors and managers. Maintain necessary records and documents of work performed. Lead position reporting to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
Responsibilities

- Utilize CMMS for work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs) and parts management
- Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, contractors and managers
- Maintain records and documents of work performed
- Lead position reporting to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager
Requirements
One of the following experience levels in Maintenance :Seven (7) years+ experience as an Industrial / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with strong electrical knowledge, skills, and abilitiesTwo (2) years trade / technical school in a related field plus five (5) years' experienceElectrical engineering degree plus three (3) years Industrial / Manufacturing maintenance experienceAdvanced mechanical and electrical / technical troubleshooting aptitude, with emphasis on PLC troubleshootingAbility to work with minimal supervision and work well with co-workers and contractorsWork in and maintain a team environmentAble to stand for extended periods, climb, kneel, squat and crawlLift and carry materials and equipment of 50 lbs or lessMaintain a clean working environment following GMPs and company policies and proceduresWork flexible hours when neededRotating on-call if applicable and work overtime as requiredExperience With The Following Equipment (Preferred)
AC & DC motors; motor controls; VFDs; electrical distribution (480VAC or less); PLCs; pneumatics; hydraulics; packing machinery; automated harvesters; de-stackers; seal packs; bale shavers; chillers; heat exchangers; conveyors; boiler type equipment, pumps, plumbing, air compressors and other types of automated facility equipment.
