Responsibilities

• Excellent Research, writing and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Attend Court hearings in Probate Court
• Collaborate with legal support staff to manage cases efficiently
• Work closely with other attorneys and clients to develop and determine case strategy
