What You’ll Do :
• As a Jr.
• Solutions Engineer, you’ll support our Sales and Implementation teams by helping prospective and new customers understand how ShipperHQ works and how it can solve their unique shipping challenges.
• You’ll learn the ins and outs of our product, gain exposure to a variety of e-commerce platforms, and grow into a trusted resource for our customers and  internal teams.

Learning the ShipperHQ platform and becoming a product expert Supporting sales calls and demos by helping explain how our solution fits customers' needs Troubleshooting basic setup questions and guiding customers through early configuration steps Gathering customer feedback and helping relay it to the Product team Collaborating with Technical Support and Engineering to help solve customer challenges Growing your technical skills by exploring APIs, integrations, and the e-commerce ecosystem What We’re Looking For :
