Develops goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements / objectives of the organization.
Develops and implements policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations.
Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
Prepares operational and departmental budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal / external audits.
Directs and evaluates practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Education / Experience :
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to pivot quickly within a fast-paced environment.
This leader will need to have a presence at the various clinics across the Metro Detroit area. - High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership / management or Associate degree / Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership / management
