A-Level Automotive Technician – Join the Dream Team in Yorktown, VA

6+ Years of Professional / Hands On Experience Required

Monday - Friday (Weekends are YOURS!)

$45.00 - $55.00 Per Hour Flat Rate (Depending on Experience)

Earn $110,000 - $140,000 Annually!

A 10,000+ sq ft shop that’s clean, organized, and loaded with 11 bays and 10 two-post lifts

Climate control—yes, heat in the winter and A / C in the summer (imagine that)

A Hunter alignment rack and tools that won’t make you want to throw them

PLENTY of cars, no shortage of car count!

Real hours—techs here average 40–50, with a few cranking out 70+

The Breakdown

Vehicle Mix : 50% Domestic, 30% Asian, 10% Euro (we’ve got a Euro guy)

Tools & Tech : Autel scan tools

Mitchell 1 shop management software

Bolt On DVIs

If you've got 6+ years under your belt, know your way around timing chains, R&R engines / trans., diagnostics, and electrical puzzles—and don’t need someone breathing down your neck to get it done right—you’ll fit right in.

ASE certs are great, but not a dealbreaker
