Utilizing your exceptional project management skills, the Program Director will direct a business area within a division consisting of multiple disciplines, programs, products, and / or customers to meet current and long-term business objectives. Within this business area, you'll be responsible for customer satisfaction, leadership, overall performance, schedule, and the profit and loss of large programs throughout the entire program life cycle. In creating well-constructed, comprehensive business plans, you'll review organizational capabilities and develop / execute strategies to improve the competitiveness of the organization through actions such as professional growth & development, strategic hiring, strategic partnering, and acquisitions. We'll rely on you to identify market changes and develop product / program positions for cost and feature changes or equitable cost / schedule adjustments in order to balance programs, risks and opportunities within the executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.

USD $222,815.00 - USD $241,093.00 / Yr.
