job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as bedside first-assist in robotic surgical cases (GYN, urology, general surgery, bariatrics). Perform port placement and closure of port sites. Assist in occasional non-robotic cases as needed. Handle occasional discharges, depart documentation, and outpatient prescriptions. Collaborate with surgeons, residents, scrub techs, and circulating nurses in a high-volume OR environment. NCCPA Board Certification – REQUIRED. Active Michigan PA license – REQUIRED (will not consider candidates needing to obtain). BLS & ACLS through AHA – REQUIRED. Minimum 2–3 years of robotic bedside first-assist experience in GYN, urology, general surgery, and bariatrics – REQUIRED.
