Job Overview
The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of the Markets business execution team. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested. Business Associate will provide general Markets business execution support to the 10 countries in the Caribbean and Central America (CCA) cluster.
Responsibilities :
- General business execution including serving as main point of contact for front to back issues, Markets management support.
- Complete compliance related activities and reporting
- Assist with Markets business analytics and reporting.
- Liaise with in-country support functions and business partners including PCU, O&T, Risk, Legal and Compliance on key issues impacting the business.
- Create management presentations for desk heads and senior management
- Responsible for ad-hoc Business Execution tasks that support the activities of the business including financial reporting, expense management, and headcount analysis.
- Support regulatory implementation, where necessary
- Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications :
5-8 years of relevant experienceAdvanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and formulasExperience with databases and information managementConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation :
